Dogs/vomit. Fools/folly. White supremacists/

In the not-too-distant past Megyn Kelly thought college students who protested in support of Palestine ought to be blacklisted. She said everyone who supported Palestine hates Jews. Now Kelly is one of several putatively pro-Israel conservatives who is turning a big dial that says “antisemitism” on it and not bothering to look back at the audience because she knows they approve.
Ben Shapiro accused her of “cowardice” for refusing to denounce Candace Owens’ conspiracy theories and Bari Weiss amplified Shapiro’s condemnation, Megyn Kelly returned fire by claiming that the Daily Wire founder and CBS News editor-in-chief “are making antisemites” with their overt pro-Israel stances.
What changed? Someone had the temerity to ask for a reduction of overt antisemitism in the white supremacist treehouse and she’s replying in classic white supremacist style: Lie, blame the victim of the bigotry for the bigotry and then continue to crank the bigotry siren. The latter steps serve as a warning to anyone else who might get uppity about the bigotry, signals other white supremacists that bigotry is OK and is just plain fun for the person working the siren.
Much as Carlson had also claimed Shapiro’s criticisms from the TPUSA stage were due to his support of Israel, Kelly said “Ben is Israel first” while noting that Shapiro would likely call that charge antisemitic.
Having trotted out some antisemitic canards and predicting that Shapiro would say the antisemitism is antisemitic, Kelly shouts J’accuse!
“And I’m sorry, but his behavior has proven that charge to be correct.
The jury of 12 angry Megyn Kelly’s has just informed Judge Megyn Kelly that it finds the defendant guilty of the charges brought by District Attorney Megyn Kelly: Speaking out against in-group antisemitism. No wait, being “Israel first.” Which isn’t an antisemitic accusation. Source – Megyn Kelly.
Why would you divide the American conservative movement—which was gelling, which was becoming much more cohesive for a moment after Charlie died—over antisemitism, an essential ingredient of the American white supremacist movement!” Kelly pondered in her Vanity Fair conversation.
Kidding. That would reflect reality and acknowledge the problem, two things that are verboten. Here’s the actual quote.
Why would you divide the American conservative movement—which was gelling, which was becoming much more cohesive for a moment after Charlie died—over Israel!” Kelly pondered in her Vanity Fair conversation.
Again recall that Shapiro addressed events like Tucker Carlson hosting a person who regularly says Jews have no place in western civilization, and Candace Owens claiming that Israel was involved in Charlie Kirk’s murder. You know, nasty stuff that normal people agree is bad. Based on Kelly’s statements, he whipped out a rocket launcher and threatened to start blowing up the place if everyone didn’t pledge their allegiance to Israel.
I don’t expect Kelly to say “Of course there’s simply tons of antisemitism in a white supremacist movement. It’s our model for the evils we visit on every out group we come across.” She doesn’t need to. She can just keep talking. And she did by escalating to “I, a white Christian lady, am by being threatened by some those people.”
“It’s this very loud group of pro-Israel activists that is trying to make this the litmus test about whether you get to call yourself a conservative, and they lack standing to do that,” Kelly declared.
“Bari in particular has made her career on the anti-cancel culture thing. Meanwhile, she’s never been canceled. And she’s basically supporting Ben’s attempt to cancel me from the conservative movement, of which she’s not a part.”
I’d like to laugh at the spectacle of an adult person whining that people are trying to cancel her, including someone who isn’t a member of the super secret white supremacist treehouse (Source – Megyn Kelly). But this snivelling BBQ Betty bullshit is so dangerous that it depletes my snark reserves. People joke about weaponized white women’s tears but it is an uneasy joking because in a society where white men use defending white women as a justification for violence WWWTs can get people hurt or dead and the women know it.
Hopefully no one will think she’s worth protecting from the threat of cancellation, even though Americons would have us believe that it’s a fate worse than death, not being able to shout slurs, and paying their fair share of taxes combined.
I will instead laugh at the fact that she has been praying to Charlie Kirk for guidance, which is bizarre behavior even for a right wing Catholic. Maybe she’ll start a church.
Please stay on the topic in the comments.
