I was sad to read about the death of Judy Rodgers. The Zuni Cafe Cookbook has long been one of my favorites, and I’ve been able to visit the namesake restaurant several times (including on my honeymoon.)
Her signature recipe is for roast chicken with bread salad, which (sans pine nuts) I’ve had many times and it’s great. Tonight, though, we celebrated with my own favorite, pasta with spicy cauliflower and broccoli. I’m so confident you’ll like it that if you don’t your next year of LGM posts are free.
