Collins calls for public hearing at which Ford and Kavanaugh both testify under oath

Collins says she wants both Kavanaugh and Ford to testify before Judiciary under oath, and that she assumes Grassley’s staff calls are a prelude to a hearing.

I don’t think Kavanaugh’s nomination could survive that, and therefore it won’t happen unless at least one other GOP senator insists. (This isn’t 1991, and attempted rape isn’t inappropriate workplace comments).

OTOH who knows what else will come out about this creep in the next couple of days?
