President Trump, speaking alongside the prime minister of Norway, said that he had “no allegiance” to either side in the war between Russia and Ukraine and that his only goal was stopping the war. Mr. Trump reiterated that he was “not happy” with Russia’s deadly attack on Kyiv overnight, which came as his administration demanded that Ukraine agree to territorial concessions and other terms favorable to Moscow. Pressed about what concessions Russia had offered, he said, “stopping taking the whole country.”
Wow, hard to believe that Zelenskyy hasn’t agreed to a deal, given the high degree of confidence he must have that Trump is an honest broker grinding Putin to try to get the best deal.
