And after that he’ll gather up every copy of the ACA and every court decision about it and have a great big bonfire on the Mall and dance around it with his favorite goats and corncobs.

Actually, in his village idiotish way, King is expressing the desire of the Republican party and the other Americans who spent every moment of the Obama presidency hating the fact that there was a black man in the White House: Make the Obama presidency un-happen.
