New tariff policy unable to survive long weekend

I personally am pretty skeptical that Trump’s tariff policies are going to lead to a lot of costly, long-term investments of capital for manufacturing based on assumptions that tariff levels will remain stable.

And hey, does anyone remember MAJOR QUESTIONS DOCTRINE?
