over the foam sealant that was cut with a sharp knife or razor and destruction of
delaminating surface material. In addition, approximately 70 fence post tops were
thrown into the pool.

Trim the foam: Use a serrated utility or snap-off knife to carefully slice away any foam that has expanded past the wall or trim line.

Also too, the manufacturer behind the project is blaming the paint chunks floating around everywhere on “finish coat separation,” meaning their product was installed improperly.
