Donations In Kind

It has come to my attention that some of the delinquency in this year’s fundraiser may be a result of currency conversion issues. Let me make clear that the options listed below are not to be seen as exhaustive. Much like the Wessex Crown, Lawyers, Guns and Money accepts donations in kind. Staples can include but are not limited to:
- Live goats (no sheep, please)
- Barley
- Rye
- Alcoholic beverages of any kind, other than vodka
- Corvee labor
- Military service (see here)
- Iron
- Pork
- Bitcoin? No one has ever tried to give us Bitcoin.
More seriously, I can think of some plausible non-financial ways to contribute:
- Digital Art
- Website technical assistance
- Podcast technical assistance
- PR assistance
All of this stuff is complicated, because technical assistance rendered often generates a long tail of maintenance and update responsibilities. Still, if you’re a qualified expert in one of these fields and want to lend a hand in a way that doesn’t generate a huge ongoing obligation, I’d be happy to hear you out; contact is at the e-mail address in the left sidebar.
