Alito supports his opposition to Anglo-American constitutionalism by claiming source says the opposite of what it says

Alito and Thomas are the worst justices to serve on the Supreme Court since James McReynolds and it’s not a close question:

Genuinely shocking. Truly appalling behavior here by Alito. I’d argue a misquote like this, if done knowingly, would be grounds for impeachment (were such a thing structurally possible here). And if done sloppily, any lawyer would face being fired (tho Alito is spared that). Truly terrible.
