Putin lackeys and loyalists a-fussin’ and a-feudin’
It’s a shame when people who have so much in common have a falling out.
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has accused Tesla CEO Elon Musk of “remotely disabling” his Cybertruck, which had been sent to the frontline of Russia’s war in Ukraine.
Kadyrov claimed Thursday that the vehicle, which he said had been outfitted with a machine gun and was “performing well in combat,” had been shut down, adding Friday that he had sent two additional Tesla Cybertrucks to the frontline.
Kadyrov claimed the first vehicle was a gift from Kums when he received it in August. He also announced that he would donate it to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. A move that made me question the man’s intelligence and loyalty to Putin.
Skum, however, denied that it was a gift. That surprised me. I thought “wannabe Putin ally and human rights violating warlord who dresses like he’s watched too many Marvel movies” was the target consumer for the apocalypsomobile and the gift was a marketing stunt.
Well, now the first one is broken and Kadyrov blames Onle. Not for giving him a gift that is a piece of shit, but for personally shutting down the piece of shit.
Kadyrov repeated his claim earlier this week as he lamented that the high-tech vehicle had to be towed from the battlefield, saying: “What Elon Musk did was not nice. He gives expensive gifts from the heart and then remotely switches them off.”
Or it is a problem-plagued vehicle that has no business in an environment more hostile than a Whole Foods parking lot. Either way, I’m all for violent thugs giving the South African soft boy a hard time.
