Trouble with ITunes: A Tech Open Thread

I need help and you all probably want an open thread to talk about tech stuff, so let’s do that.

I discovered today that my Itunes purchases of the last two months won’t play on my computer and I need help figuring out why. I’ve done everything I can possibly think of. I signed in and out of Apple Music. I made sure there weren’t songs to be downloaded. I checked my phone and the songs work perfectly fine there. Then things got really weird. As I have stated before, I don’t trust any corporation to control my media (this is a good example of why). So I back everything up on my hard drive. But even when I take those songs off my external drive and put them again onto my computer ITunes, they still don’t play.

I am deeply confused and pretty bloody irritated. Any help would be appreciated.
