I with Patrick Leahy the best but of course key senators falling and ending up in the hospital with a broken hip is going to happen when the Democratic Party is led by people so old that they spell it “olde” and who won’t give up power for a younger generation (and yes, I realize Leahy is finally stepping away soon but still). Could easily be Pelosi or Biden or Feinstein or Schumer or Hoyer or so many others tomorrow.
