Well, Oral Arguments Are Pretty Boring

I have to admit that the Artist’s rendition that WorldNutDaily uncovered–complete with Fox News logo!–of Ginsburg’s recent snooze is pretty funny:

My preferred interpretation is that she just found out about her neighbor’s mash note to James Dobson and was repeatedly banging her head against the bench. For those of you without heart trouble, there’s also the more frightening interpretation. (One reason I felt the 2004 election had such high stakes, and I never bought the “let Bush get out of his own mess” reasoning, is that I’ve always been scared that Bush could get a flurry of appointments like FDR did when the Four Horsemen retired in close proximity to each other.)
