Trotskyite of the Day
Meet the radical far-left judicial activist who issued the Prop 8 ruling:
In other words, this “liberal San Francisco judge” was recommended by Ed Meese, appointed by Ronald Reagan, and opposed by Alan Cranston, Nancy Pelosi, Edward Kennedy, and the leading gay activist groups. It’s a good thing for for advocates of marriage equality that those forces were only able to block Walker twice.
Look, when unapologetic Marxists like Ed Meese are permitted in the federal government, this is the kind of thing that will happen. Clearly, the radical hold on the federal judiciary is complete. [via]

Okay, sure, but he was obviously conned into this by noted hippie Ted Olson.
Those Radical Leftists need to be forced to attend Beck U, this is getting out of hand!
A Cato link?! David Boaz is one of the good libertarians. He was great in wake of the Rand Paul comments, pointing out libertarians particularly disgraceful way of both ignoring the great social progress made by anyone who wasn’t a white male and the residual effects of racism in this country.
And Vaughn Walker is a fantastic judge.
It really does piss them of when conservative judges show even marginal respect for the law and the constitution instead of pushing the reactionary conservative agenda.
If you had called Ed Meese a Stalinist, I would have bought it.
All conservatives are equal, but some conservatives are more equal than others.
