More important than spending on primaries are the fact that 1)he owns a very prominent social media site, 2)he is very aggressive about amplifying his views and throttling opposing views, and 3)the biggest problem Dems face is getting people to learn about a radioactively unpopular bill in the face of media silos. If his opposition to the bill sticks — and who knows? — it could actually matter.
