As a legislative leader, Mike Johnson is gentlemen’s replacement level. As a servile kiss-ass willing to surrender any last shred of dignity, however, he’s world class. And it’s not a secret which form of competence is more valuable in the Trump personality cult:

It’s not just that Trump ripped up an already-negotiated deal with Iran, the one he ripped up was a much better deal for the US. Remember “PALLETS OF CASH?” Trump is delivering an extra $24.6 billion!
Or if offering to, at least. The other thing going on here is that this proposed deal seems mostly to be an agreement to keep negotiating:
Yet again the “largely” negotiated peace deal is actually just a memorandum of understanding to start negotiating.
