I know I’m crazy for doing it, but I plan on dipping into some politics and pop culture stuff soon. In the meantime, I hope you’ll try this recipe.

It couldn’t be simpler. Basically you bake the wings with a butter-garlic-lemon zest coating and lemon slices, then finish with a squeeze of lemon. That’s it. That’s the ballgame.

And you think it’s going to be too one-note and sour, but I think the lemon flavors mellow and sweeten in the oven, so by the time it’s time to serve you *need* the fresh lemon juice at the end.

This is just too yummy and too easy not to make again, so I plan to.
