I’m reminded of Robert Cover saying that he cannot imagine paying a second’s attention to what Warren Burger thought about any legal matter, except that Burger had literal life and death authority over people. I’m also reminded that NBC spent roughly the Gross National Product of Bolivia to try to make Megyn Kelly a thing.
