Bill Ackman’s double standard

Harvard has decided not to fire Claudine Gay for giving truthful and legally accurate answers to nonsensical questions about whether calling for the genocide of Jews is automatically a violation of her school’s bullying and harassment policies.
Hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman has been behind the effort to fire the presidents of Harvard, MIT, and Penn (the latter effort was successful), because he’s really really concerned about anti-Semitism at these schools.
This has led some people to wonder about why he has no concern about the fact that Twitter owner Elon Musk is a raging anti-Semite of the first order. Among many other things, Musk has just reinstated Alex Jones onto the platform, because, according to Ackman, Musk is a “free speech absolutist,” which is a position “you have to respect.”
Ackman has a major financial position in re Twitter.
These people are all fascist or fascist-enabling scum, and you under no circumstances have to hand it to them. Defending the firing of Liz Magill is defending Bill Ackman, which is defending Elon Musk, which is defending Alex Jones, which is defending Donald Trump.
