Elk O. Nums announces a xitter-driven xitbot that is totally not him pretending to be a chatbot

Apparently there is now a new chatbot from xitter, called Grok. The name is a further and unneeded reminder that no amount of money can stop the deadly levels of tragically unhip tryhard vibes that a pathetic asshole emits.

But it is fitting that one of the most infamous libertarian scumbeings alive now holds the trademark to a term coined by Robert A. Heinlein. Maybe they’ll strangle each other for eternity in the afterlife. :-)

At any rate, the thing that distinguishes this bot from other bots is it an exclusive option that is only available to the sort of people who give xitter $16 a month to blog. And the user can get this bot to say naughty words.

Offering the nazis at the nazi bar something that spews the same slurs they do is sure to generate enough subscriptions to make up for lost ad revenue.

Grok appears to be far more foul-mouthed than rivals such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT or Anthropic’s Claude, and users seem to be able to prompt it to be “more vulgar” if they want to increase the amount of swearing and X-rated content.

Anyway, the thing to remember is that this bot is “based & loves sarcasm.” The cool edgE kids still say based, right?

Elon Musk’s new AI chatbot launched on Saturday — and it appears to have the personality of a foul-mouthed Twitter troll.

Musk’s startup xAI released its first AI model, Grok, over the weekend to a select group of users. And screenshots of the chatbot’s responses have already begun to surface.

The company said Grok has a “rebellious streak” and would answer “spicy” questions other AI models would reject.

A screenshot of the rebellious, spicy, more vulgar content is available above.

The Business Insider article reminds readers of what happened the last time a respondobot was exposed to xitter content:

The last chatbot to try and strike a more humorous approach was Microsoft’s Tay, which had to be taken offline after it started sprouting racist comments.

That completely predictable outburst of racism, and sexism and antisemitism and transmisogyny happened in 2016, when Twitter’s owner pretended hate speech was bad. If enough people yelled.

Xitter will decommission its xitbot when it calls its creator a beta cuck.

People who post off-topic comments pay $16 for the premium version of xitter because they’re attention-seeking little nuggets of boredom.
