LGM Film Club, Part 387: Hee Haw

Hee Haw is probably the worst show in human history, although it did make Buck Owens a ton of money, which was the only thing he loved more than country music and women. Anyway, despite occasionally having good country music on television, it was an abomination against both God and Man. Here’s a 1969 episode, which is actually better than the later years, which leaned even more on the “comedy.” At least this one had Loretta Lynn and Charley Pride as guests.
