Wayne Shorter, RIP

Damn……the last I heard, Shorter was real healthy. But at 89, it doesn’t take much. Absolute legend, one of the great saxophonists and composers of all time. His albums of the 60s are some of the seminal works of jazz. Sure, the 80s weren’t too great for him, but he had a lot of super fascinating projects in the last 20 years, almost all the way up to the end.
