This does not go far with Waters. “Maybe…” he wonders, before throwing a curveball. “Don’t forget, I’m on a kill list that is supported by the Ukrainian government. In other words, it’s NATO’s fault that Putin decided to invade Ukraine.
He hasn’t gone the full Greenwald — he still opposes Trump and Bolsonaro –but half is bad enough.
I’m reminded that according to Mark Blake’s book, Waters used to mercilessly deride Richard Wright for being a bougie sellout for having a summer home, right up until the point at witch he purchased a much nicer one.
