A quick announcement. Each year, the National Humanities Center has a series of online speakers on various topics, mostly historical but not exclusively. On Thursday at 7 eastern, I am second in the series for the 2022-23 academic year, speaking on “The Strike: Rethinking Labor History in an Era of Economic Inequality.” It’s free and all you have to do is sign up. I gave some of the strikes book for people to read but I assume you’ve already read it……In any case, check out the series for the whole year, there’s some really great people in it.
