I’m not knowledgeable enough to opine on to what extent this is the optimal choice from a substantive standpoint. I think I can say that as a matter of trolling Moscow Mitch in particular this one goes to 11 — and that in itself is a very good sign regarding Biden’s state of mind going forward.
