Things here in the United Kingdom are progressing from strength to strength of course. We’ve successfully taken back control, blue passports are now standard issue, and we’re tooling up for a war with the French over fish.
This thread is several days old now, but captures the lunacy of what we’re experiencing. An excerpt:
It seems likely that Johnson is wary of the ERG on his right flank, so any agreement that accepts any regulation or limitation on British freedom to manoever will be rejected. In other words, any sort of trading relationship whatsoever beyond that which is conducted under WTO rules with a no-deal Brexit.
Fortunately, we’ve been relentlessly informed for over four years that they need us more than we need them, so I’m confident this will all work out just brilliantly in the end.
