The Equal Sovereign Dignitude of the states
Boy, is John Roberts ever going to be upset by what Kristi Noem said before armed goons attacked a sitting United States senator for asking a question of a cabinet secretary his committee has oversight authority over:
States have sovereignty, unless they elect governments with different policy agendas than the federal government, in which case the citizens of the state must be “liberated” by having the choices overridden. I’m sure there’s a footnote in Shelby County that explains all this.
