One problem is that a tribute to the 70th birthday of the USAF includes no shots of flying airplanes. The Air Force flies airplanes; it’s one of the major things that they do, and they’re rather proud of it.
A second problem is that the video prominently features an airplane, the F/A-18 Hornet, that the USAF does not, in fact, fly.
This would not be such a big deal, except insofar as you can imagine the online rage if an Obama staffer had made a similar error…
The third problem is that there’s still an Air Force. But we’re trying, Ringo. We’re trying real hard.
