Oh, the anticipation!
By Max Sawicky celebrates the transcendent brilliance of the first post of the widely touted Becker/Posner blog, which is just as good as I expected. If there’s one thing we need, it’s more blogs by conservertarian law professors! (Although, admittedly, economists seem to be less well represented.)
Hopefully we will get more two-line aphorisms about how economic discrimination can’t exist because it’s economically irrational, or how anyone who disagrees with the “rather good” Bush v. Gore is an ignoramus arguing in bad faith. Yes, I’m sure the blogosphere will be permanently transformed by the shattering insights…
