George Bush: Constitutional Scholar

In his press conference today, Bush came out in favor of the line item veto. Leaving aside the fact that giving him further tools to veto pork when he doesn’t use the ones he already has is dubious, he may wish to have a literate member of his staff (if any)read him this case.
