Professor Farley, in his continued attempt to smear Senator Rand Paul, M.D., Ph.D**, conveniently omits any mention of the letter Senator Paul sent to the Justice Department, noting that regardless of any immigration concerns, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is a US citizen captured on US soil, and hence must be accorded the full legal protections due him under the law. I’d post a link to the full letter, but for some utterly inexplicable reason I’m having a hard time locating it.

Anybody got a link? While you’re working on that, maybe you could help track down the links to the legislation he’s proposed that would ban any form of drone warfare that the United States is actually engaging in.
