Obligatory Supreme Court Predictions
The Guardian asked me for one and, as Bill James once said, “I have learned from experience that these people do not appreciate a straight answer — to wit, how the hell would I know,” so I made one. I’m the outlier on the panel. Of course, if there are 5 votes to strike down at least some aspect of the PPACA, precisely what the Court strikes down is immensely important, which is why you should read Jon Cohn.
