Maine Democrats to the disastrous sex pest and the consultants who brought you John Fetterman: go away and let us try to beat Susan Collins

Catastrophic Senate candidate Graham Planter continues to refuse to drop out because he and his Beltway dipshit advisers think they’re entitled to handpick his replacement. The party’s response to this is exactly correct:

Wow, this message from the Maine Democrats account on X. It sounds like Graham Platner is trying to stay actively involved in the process to replace him…and maybe even play kingmaker. And apparently Maine Dems are NOT having it.

Again, the idea that Platner and his associates think they have any standing to dictate a replacement is crazy. They need to go away immediately and let the party clean up the barf they’ve left all over the back seat. Also, by dragging this out they’re making it harder to execute a process that consults voters. Every second they drag this out further is grossly irresponsible, as of course was his decision to run in the first place given the stakes.
