Of course, since Polis seems to believe that taking into account that Peters has no remorse whatsoever for her extremely grave crimes against American democracy when deciding whether to grant her discretionary clemency would violate the First Amendment or something he’s presumably equally unrepentant. But at least he will have no political career beyond the most pathetic corners of the “Party Left Me” circuit.
