It’s Time To Stop The Fascists

My greeting this morning.

We’ve got to get moving. Donald Trump is bound and determined to wreck the US and the world. We have to muster more determination to stop him.

There are many ways to do this, and I’ll feature others’ actions on my Bluesky feed and here. I’ll continue to provide the best information I have.

Information is really, really important. I’m honing down my message so it’s unmistakable. Information is something that the regime is already weak on. Trump clearly isn’t talking to Marco Rubio, and likely to others.

We are in Day 3 of Trump’s Venezuela crisis. There is more, much more, to come. There is no guarantee that he will win, and numerous indications that this could go very badly for him.

I’m fine with disagreement, but I’m blocking people over at Bluesky for misinformation and doomerism. Probably will for a few other things too, if they get in the way of stopping the fascists. No whining!

My posts at Bluesky are likely to be strong, without qualifications. I’ll add qualifications over here. I need to do a post on OSINT, and I think I’ll do one on Venezuela’s oil. Steve Saideman has a good explainer on NATO’s Article 5.

As I say in my weekly posts, self-care and love of pets are resistance too, so I’ll continue to share funny and beautiful posts. Zooey is doing his best right now to distract me from the computer. But we’ve got to knuckle down on the hard stuff.

I’m tired of the bullshit. We’ve got to do something. I’ll be out there demonstrating, too.
