Donald the Dove is once again not even pretending to have any legal authority to do summary executions of people he deems with zero due process to be “drug dealers”:

And the process for identifying “suspects” is so rigorous that when people survive the attacks they just let them go:

As I’ve said before, the incentives of Biden getting zero credit for grounding the drones (including from most of the people who made this issue their entire political personality from 2012-January 2017) are not great going forward.
