I woke up this morning to the news that we’ve pulled in something like 50% of last year’s contributions during this year’s fundraiser. (Worst blues song intro ever).

I thought I’d throw this up here before Loomis wakes up with a massive hangover after an Indigo Girls concert or whatever the fuck he was doing last night and personally hunts down and murders the free riders, malingerers, slackers, losers/cheaters/six-time users who are killing us right now. You know who you are and what you did.

Look I get it: Times are hard, you’re afraid to pay the fee. But there are a huge number of people who read these site every single day and twice on Sundays, use the comment section extensively as a cyber hangout because of the loss of third places in American life (look it up), and never ever give a single goddamned dollar to this place because ain’t that America, even though you spent the $83 on bullshit last night alone.

Frankly I’m depressed and ashamed.
