Before Trump’s inauguration, the incumbent Liberals were headed for their worst defeat since 1984. Today, they’re (narrowly) projected to have a majority government:

And the first three months of Trump have been so catastrophic he’s been damaging the support for right-wing parties in other countries too:

The simultaneous drops of support for conservative parties in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand around the Trump inauguration, tariffs, ally threatening, etc. is a really remarkable demonstration of the globalization (angloization?) of perceived political ideology.

Probably not a great sign when Conservatives are trying to shore up the “rich white old guy who plays golf” vote. Maybe next they’ll film one with some used car dealers complaining about how woke is making it more expensive to hire gardners.
