Schumer voting for cloture on the CR

TL:DR: as Josh Marshall predicted or already knew yesterday, the Senate Dem leadership is willing to let the Republicans have their way with no concessions of any kind to the Democrats, other than the opportunity to hold an empty symbolic vote opposing the deal that voting for cloture ensures will now pass.
A necessary caveat to Murc’s Law is that the Democrats do have some agency, although it’s rather difficult to tell at the moment.
Better leaders please.
