But there’s another side to it. Big Pharma depends on the FDA seal of approval. They have factories turning out mifepristone and misoprostol pills. Now a federal judge can tell them to stop turning out those pills tomorrow. And, after they’ve refit the factories to turn out something else, that could be banned too.

Or perhaps Big Pharma sees that Judge Kacsmaryk has a vaccine case on his docket, and they plan to make gazillions of dollars on COVID vaccines.

This puts the plutocrat and religious fanatic wings of the Republican Party directly into conflict.
