By the way, a Trump “judge” recently decided to ignore the decades of controlling precedent to assert that only the Attorney General could sue to enforce Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. Three guesses to figure out where he got his J.D. and the first two don’t count.
The justification for Harvard Law’s outsize influence is that its degrees are supposed to certify the highest level of legal competence. Needless to say, this is not happening.
