Worst state ever Senate candidate Josh Mandel’s twitter feed is going all Bitcoin all the time:

States that submit to the authority of Almighty God // states that don’t

States that are pro-family // states that aren’t

States that invest in #bitcoin infrastructure // states that won’t

Ohio must be a pro-God, pro-family, pro-bitcoin state.

I can’t even with this shanda.

He’s tweeting up a storm now about “hard money.” As Erik notes in his twitter feed this appears to be the new “buy gold” targeting the rubes. I’m so old that I can remember good ‘ol William F. Buckley being interviewed on New Year’s Eve in 1974, which is the day private gold ownership was legalized again in the US. He was shilling madly for gold coins — this was on one of the major news networks, since of course there wasn’t any other kind of national TV news back then.

Everybody should read this Rick Perlstein article at least once a year.
