Schumer Steps Up

I’ll admit that I’m a bit skeptical about undertaking an effort to impeach at this late date, but it appears that Chuck has thrown down the gauntlet:

Gonna be an interesting two weeks. My sense is that McConnell’s furious phone calls last night to the remaining Trump cabinet members was an effort to keep the threat of the 25th amendment alive, but I’m not sure that any of them really have the stomach for it in the cold light of day.
