I will be largely away for the next couple of weeks, as tomorrow I start an 11-day trip to Paris and Belgium. I know, life is hard. I await commenters talking about how I can’t legitimately write about the working class, what with the global traveling and the like. But whatever. This is my first time in either France or Belgium, so I am excited.

I imagine blogging will be intermittent, although I do have a couple of series-based posts scheduled and will likely check in here and there. But mostly, see you in June.

Any restaurant advice for Paris or Brussels is more than welcome–not to mention of course beer advice for Belgium (and I guess Paris?). The reason for the trip is that my wife has a conference in a city outside Brussels, so I will have a few days on my own where I can explore whatever.
