By Just 3 days removed from almost choking to death because of an allergic reaction to nuts, after repeated requests for the vinaigrette some clown at the Hale&Hearty applied some “Asian Peanut” dressing to my salad, which I discovered only because I happened to see the label on the side at the last minute; I don’t even want to think about what would have happened if I hadn’t been looking. Christ, this kind of thing can kill people, and it’s not exactly a high-skill task to figure out.
