A Point For the Opposition
By Gee, I spend two posts setting up the British system as a model for a country that respects individual rights with no judicial review at all, and they start with this crap. I don’t really think it affects the overall argument much, but I will concede that 1)there wouldn’t be a vote on the SCOTUS to uphold this, 2)they would be right, and 3)this does provide evidence that going forward (as opposed to historically) countries with judicial review will probably have better records on free speech ceteris parabus.
