Good for Paul Krugman, who blasts his own paper for yet another ridiculous story that assumes, in the face of all evidence, that the Tea Party was a grass roots rebellion against government spending in general, as opposed to a Koch-funded astroturf movement based on opposition to government spending going to Those People:

Also, Kristen Gillibrand has dropped out of the race for the Democratic presidential nomination.
