As far as I can tell (neither the scoring system nor the entries were particularly well structured), the gold, silver, and bronze are allocated as follows:

And FWIW, both Finland and UK came in at roughly double the rate of Vatican City on question 4. Denmark, Ireland, and a couple of others would also have placed ahead of the Holy See.

As a resident of Nairobi (who’s never posted but has read for a long time), I am sad Kenya didn’t place. Must share LGM with others.
If Åland Islands qualify, my guess of Tokelau should definitely qualify. I suppose they have produced dozens of LGM visitors over the years.
