The story is coming out in fragments and will probably change as I write this post and as people comment. The head of the CDC has been fired, or maybe not. Others are leaving as well.

Steve Herman has a thread I can post quicker than I can write up the story as it now stands. I would choose the Washington Post story over CNN. The WaPo story is updating fast. I think it may be a gift link.
