This a throne ADA accessible portopotty. If they aren’t called teletoilets, they should be. The user scans the QR code, receives a text, hits Send and – in theory – the toilet unlocks. I didn’t test that bit. Perhaps you have to state your business first.
As with many things around here, I’m not sure who it is for. Centrally located it ain’t. But I’m sure someone was pleased by the idea of a public toilet that potentially excludes people who are homeless.
